Lora Yoder Obituary

Lora Mae Yoder, 71, of Nappanee, passed away at 2 a.m. Saturday, April 29, 2023, at her residence. She had been ill for six weeks. Lora Mae was born Nov. 27, 1951, to Earl D. and Mary L. (Stutzman) Yoder. She was a member of the Old Order Amish Church and had worked at T.J. Snuggles in Bremen for 50 years.

Surviving are three sisters, Etta Fern (Henry) Bontrager, Topeka, and Eva Miller and Sue (Arlen) Miller, both of Nappanee; two brothers, Lyle D. (Kathryn) Yoder, Nappanee, Dr. Harley W. (Dr. Starla Graber) Yoder, Elkhart; and 13 nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; sister, Diane; brother, Lamar; and brother-in-law, Harry L. Miller.

Family and friends may call after 2 p.m. Sunday, April 30, and all day Monday, May 1, at the Merlin Miller residence, 11056 N 650 W, Nappanee. Funeral services will be at 9:30 a.m. Tuesday, May 2, at the Miller residence. Home Ministry of the Old Order Amish Church will officiate and burial will be in Graber Cemetery.

Arrangements are with Thompson-Lengacher & Yoder Funeral Home, Nappanee.
