I love you Charlie! You had the most beautiful soul! How many people that are so heartbroken over your loss proves how much you were loved! But I think you would be tickled to death if we thru a grand glitzy party in memory for you! I had promised to decorate for your last birthday but wasn't able to make it to El Paso at the time....in which I so regret! I will try and make it up to you! You WILL have your fancy party!
