Ana Maria, I was very sorry to hear of Mike's passing. Mike worked with me at DPWL at Fort Bliss while I was the Director, DPWL. I remember meeting you at his retirement party. Mike was a great employee and he helped me out a lot. I will keep you and your family in my thoughts. Colonel (Retired) Dale Carr

Heartfelt condolences to the Kohan Family. I had the fortune of working with Mr. Kohan at TxDOT EAO. He was a great mentor. To this day, "Mike's" image comes to my mind when I think of integrity, patience, intellect and wisdom. May he now be in our Father's arms smiling over us from above.

My condolences to all the family in your loss of this gentle, kind man, who I was privileged to call "my friend." I worked with Mr. Kohan at TXDOT and there was always a beautiful light that followed him wherever he would go. His smile would just brighten my day. I could always count on Mr. Kohan to say the perfect thing to make me have the perfect day. I know he is rejoicing in paradise and will be there smiling when we join him someday. Sincere condolences and prayers for comfort and strength during this most difficult time.
