Victor, my friend ,co-worker, brother in arms-Vietnam vet ! I recall looking and asking you for guidance and advise and, you never failed me, I also recall when you, myself, Pablo, Al , Mad-dog (GIL) and Mando would have coffee and breakfast at Oasis Cafe on Piedras and Pershing on sunday morning and talk about old times and laugh about them . You were a true and good man in every respect and, I (we're) gonna miss you! This is not a farewell message , in due time we're gonna sit at the Lords' table and continue our conversations , my deepest condolances to your family and relatives on your loss.

Victor, a friend ,co-worker, fellow brother in arms Vietnam vet. My brother , it was an honor and prevleige knowing you and sharing our careers for as long as we did , sitting down for coffee with you Pablo, Al ,Mad-dog( Gil) and Mando and whoever joined us at Oaisis Cafe on Piedras on Sunday mornings. We laughed and talked about old times and conversed till we parted ways . I looked forward to sharing thoughts and advise from you and, you were never wrong in responding . You were a special friend to me , this is not a g-bye , just an appreciation of who you were to alot of us
! I (we're) gonna miss you but, in due time we'll sit at the Lords' table and carry on as we did ! Rest in Peace.

Sir, I would just like to say thank you for your years of dedicated service and sacrifice for our Country-first when you served with the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War and later with the USCS. And to your Family and loved ones, I wish to extend my deepest sympathy.
