David Foster Obituary

David Kevin Foster, 56, of Fairview, passed away Monday, December 2, 2013 at his residence surrounded by his loving family. He was born in Erie, on July 13, 1957, the son of the late Harold A. and Margaret (Exley) Foster.

David was baptized as an infant at Fairview Presbyterian Church. He taught unconditional love and joy to all that knew him.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by a sister, Sandra Foster, brother-in-law, Richard Enstrom and nephew, Cameron Foster.

Those left to mourn his loss are four sisters, Joan Mink-Fiesler and her husband, David, Judith Enstrom, Diane Matzand her husband, Lee, and Alice K. Foster all of Fairview; a brother, Ronald Foster of Grants Pass, Ore.; Aunt Hannah Jane Ploss of Erie and Julia Aranyos of Cranesville; many nieces, nephews, cousins and great nieces and nephews.

Friends and family are invited to attend services at Fairview Presbyterian Church, 4264 Avonia Rd., Fairview, Thursday at 6:00 p.m. with Reverand Charles Cammarata officiating. Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery at the convenience of the family. David's family wishes to thank Fairview Manor, Heartland Hospice Staff and Dr. MacNamara of the Gertrude Barber Center for their care and compassion.

LOVE YOU DAVIE
Im missing you so much know you left a big hole in our hearts especially now w the holidays . You looked so forward to Christmas n singing Karaoke to your favorite songs ( you always drove me nuts w Frosty the Snowman ) . You made us realize how to appreciate the simplest things in what life had to offer . Never a dull moment you always kept your sisters on their toes .
