David Keisel Obituary
David was an electrical engineer, working many years for General Electric. He loved hunting and fishing, and was a talented guitar player, performing with various local bands.
He is survived by his father and step-mother, David and Darlene Keisel of Meadville; his step-father, Kenneth Crom of Cochranton; one son, David A. Keisel II of Erie; two bothers, Kevin Keisel and his wife Diana of Cochranton, and Loren Crom and his wife Ali of Texas; two sisters, Michelle Peroney and her husband Jason of Pittsburgh, and Lisa Crecraft and her husband Jimmy of North Carolina; one uncle, Elmer Keisel, whom he considered his brother; two nephews, and one niece.
David was preceded in death by his mother, Jean.
There will be no viewing or visitation.
A Memorial Service for family and friends will be on Thursday, March 9, 2017, at Joe Roots Grill, 2826 West 8th Street, Erie, at 6:00 p.m., lead by David's nephew, Reverend Nathaniel Keisel.
Askins Cremation Funeral Services, 8354 Wattsburg Rd., Erie, PA is assisting the family with arrangements.
