Hermina "Mini" "Mimi" Capps, 85 years of age of White Twp., NJ.passed away Monday September 22, 2014. Born: Born December 10, 1928 to the late Franz and Paula Leitner in Linz, Austria. She emigrated to the U.S. in 1946 and had lived in Elizabeth, Colonia, Green Brook, NJ.,also Conifer, Colorado. Personal: Mini was an LPN and worked for Runnels Hospital, the Lyons V.A. Hospital and Hoechst Hospital. She had a deep love for music and sang with the Gesang und Turnverein of North Plainfield, the Brookfield Singers and the First Presbyterian Church Choir of Oxford, all in New Jersey. She loved nature and animals. Survivors: She is predeceased by her husband Mieczyslaw Zarzemski;survived by her son Henry Zarzemski and wife Ruth of Cypress, TX; two daughters, Peggy Keefe of La Cruz de Huanacaxtle, Mexico, Linda Waters and her husband Wesley of Woodville, TX. Predeceased by second husband Johannes Bach; survived by her daughter Lisa Reuter and her husband Erich of Frelinghuysen Twp., NJ. and three step-children, Robert Bach of Carthage, TN., Caroline Susserman of Stockton, NJ. and the late Lillian Goodwin who had lived in Clark, NJ. Also predeceased by her husband William Capps and survived to by two step-children, Vicki Capps of Green Brook, NJ. and step-son Billy Capps of New Jersey. Also two sisters, Elfriede Rinkens of Dunellen, N J. and Berta Knollmaier of Linz, Austria and her late brother Franz Leitner who had lived in Linz, Austria. Beloved "Gran" "Omi" is survived by fourteen grandchildren and one predeceased grandson Jason Markovics of Conifer, CO. Services: A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 4, 2014 at 10:00 AM at The First Presbyterian Church of Oxford at Hazen,Highway 519 and Brass Castle Road, Belvidere, NJ.Arrangements under the direction of Newbaker Funeral Home, Blairstown, NJ.
