Jason Weaver Obituary

HANOVER Jason B. Weaver, 33, died unexpectedly Wednesday, March 6, 2013. Born November 14, 1979, Jason was the son of Michael and Linda Weaver of Hanover. He was a member of the South Western High School Class of 1998. He spent five years in Irving, Texas where he worked supervising a crew that constructed large pre-fabricated steel buildings. He very much enjoyed the challenges of working with steel and welding. Jason was extremely creative and had a passion for cooking especially for his family. He also loved watching professional football, especially the Dallas Cowboys, playing poker, mountain biking, and watching NASCAR. Recently, he spent a lot of time helping his family with various projects in which his ingenuity always amazed them. In addition to his parents, he is survived by his grandparents, Betty Weaver and Jean Storm, both of Hanover; a brother, Bradley Weaver and his wife, Sherry of Hanover; a sister, LeeAnn Machiesky and her husband, Jamie of Sykesville, Md.; and four nieces, which he adored. The family will receive friends 1 to 3 p.m. Saturday at Panebaker Funeral Home, Inc., 311 Broadway, Hanover, with a memorial service to follow at 3 p.m. officiated by The Rev. James E. Lease. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to a charity of the donor's choice. Expressions of sympathy may be shared by visiting www.PanebakerFuneralHome.com

Mike, Linda, Brad and LeeAnn,
Please accept our deepest sympathy on the loss of your son and brother. Jason was such a cool guy. We will always remember when he visited us in Colorado to go skiing and the temps where 30 below zero. His friend had to sit in the back of the pick up truck for extra weight to get up our road to the house. We had a nice visit with him and will always cherish the time we spent together.

All our love

I am very saddened to hear of Jason's passing Losing a child is the hardest trial to bare on this earth. Jason was fun loving as I remember him coming boating on the river with Jon, my son and me a few summers ago. He will be missed very much by Jon as they have been through so much together. I just wanted you to know my prayers are with you all. If I can help in any way, even just to talk, as I am to a parent who lost a beautiful son at age 30 ...way too soon... just as Jason, I do know what you feel. Prayers love peace and strength be yours.God Bless.

Our deepest sympathy and best wishes
