Patricia M. Phillips

WEST READING Patricia M. Phillips, 78, formerly of Hanover, died December 4, 2014, in Spruce Manor, West Reading. Her husband, Daniel W. Phillips, died December 16, 2003. Born in Summit Station, she was a daughter of the late Joseph and Isabella Reber. She was last employed as a housekeeper for Hanover Hospital. Patricia loved her family, children, and grand and great-grandchildren. She donated her time as a Cub Scout Den Mother. Patricia was an avid pet lover and loved to travel the country aboard her husband's motorcycle, take hikes, do word puzzles and enjoy nature. She gave generously to many charities and to all in her circle. Patricia is survived by five children, Daniel J., husband of Lori L., Cynthia L., John W., Donna F., and Jeffrey T.; four grandchildren, Jay N. and Jesse A. Phillips, Lisa and Eric Fritz; six great-grandchildren, Riley, Tanner, Marlee, Brendan, Jason and Shania. Patricia is also survived by her sister, Lucille. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Edward J. Kuhn Funeral Home to help defray funeral expenses. Memorial Service will be Friday, December 12 at 7 p.m. in Edward J.
