Sherianne Victoria (Lappi) Westbay, 76, of Centralia, Missouri, died September 18, 2021.
Funeral Services will be at 3:00 P.M. on Sunday, September 26, at Arnold Funeral Home with Rev. Mark Avery officiating. Burial will follow in East Lawn Memorial Park.
Visitation will be from 1:30 P.M. until time of services at the funeral home.
Sherry was born in Virginia, MN on December 12, 1944. She was the 16th child of Oscar and Mamie Lappi. Sherry married Gary Westbay on February 8th, 1965, in California then moved to Missouri.
Sherry worked at Audrain Medical Center as a ward secretary then for Taylor Medical Services as the office manager until her retirement.
Sherry attended the Wesleyan Church for many years and the Church of God Holiness in Mexico, MO. Sherry remained faithful to her savior Jesus Christ. She was an avid collector of Precious Moment dolls. She enjoyed going to the Mexico and Centralia Senior Centers where she was a board member and volunteer.
She is survived by her children, Pamela (Stan) Scott of Centralia and Chad Westbay of Kansas City; four grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Sherry was preceded in death by her husband, Gary; her infant son, Gary Wayne; and 15 siblings.
