Blaine Staples Obituary

NAPLES - Blaine Richard Staples, III, age 27, passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, May 25, 2025.

A celebration of Blaine's life will be held on Saturday, June 14 at the Canandaigua Moose Club at 1:00 p.m.

Memorial Contributions in Blaine's name can be made to the Canandaigua Sportsman Club, 5280 Emerson Rd., Canandaigua, N.Y. 14424.

Blaine was born on December 26, 1997, a son of Blaine Staples, Jr., and Tresea Hobart Staples. He was a graduate of Naples Central School and earned his Associates Degree from MCC. Blaine was Machinist for Gruschow Grinding in Branchport.

Blaine lived life fast, loud, and to the fullest. He had a heart of gold. He was unapologetically himself from start to end. His presence was bold, his convictions unwavering, and his loyalty fierce. He cherished his family, whether bound by blood or hand-picked from the king himself, and all dogs. Blaine had a quick wit and legendary comebacks. He could fill his deer tags quickly, asking, "Why a whole season was needed and not just a day?" He will be missed by anyone lucky enough to be included in his circle.

Blaine is loved and missed by his parents, Blaine and Tresea Staples; brother Cody (Brianna) Staples; sister, Ashley (Josh) Schultz; maternal grandparents, Lyle and Paula Hobart and Sharon Hobart; aunts and uncles, Richard (Sylvia) Staples, Harold Hobart, Patty Hobart Love and Todd Hobart; cousins, Tasha (Andrew), Luke (Jenny), Chris (Kyla), Dylan, Chris, Mark (Katie) and Brian (Jeannine).

Blaine was predeceased by his paternal grandparents, Blaine and Audrey Staples.
