My condolences to the whole Bogan family. I attended supervisors school with Dick in Rochester. He was quite a guy, enjoyed getting to know each other and busting each others chops about life. I lost touch after I retired in 2009. I ran into a contractor from Newark this summer in PY. I asked him to pass on my hello to Dick. He assured me he would while telling me Dick was having some health issues. RIP my friend. No more bad guys in Heaven.

Another one of our Blue Kights members has past, Dick was all ways giving us a laugh when riding motorcycle just a good natured guy that would do anything for you and been known to give brakes to many down on their luck. Esther and I will miss you but thinking of all the laughs we had will bring a smile to our faces.
