Brian, Chuckie, Buffy, Cheri, & Jane,
Although it has been a while, I thought about your father often. He was a kind and gentle man. He and your mother always made me feel welcome and loved. Be at peace that they are together again. My prayers are with you.

In My Pocket
I have memories in my pocket.
They rattle among the change.
My memories of you are treasures I carry wherever I go.
They are stored in bits and pieces, parts of a beautiful whole
They give me comfort when I think I am alone.
Yes, I have memories in my pocket, like so much other stuff I keep there.
But of all the treasures I have, it’s the memories of you that are the most precious.

What a nice man your father was. He was always pleasant when I would go over to Cherie's house. You can all be so proud of the fact that you all did so much for him and I know that he knew that you all loved him very much. He will be missed by all whose lives he touched. You all have my deepest sympathy for your loss.
