SHAWN PATRICE SPINDLER

SHAWN PATRICE SPINDLER, 58, of Fort Wayne, passed away on Monday, May 28, 2018, at Kingston Care Center. Born Jan. 6, 1960, in Fort Wayne, she was the daughter of David and Patricia King of Fort Wayne, who survive. She was a graduate of Homestead High School. Shawn was employed with Wells Fargo for 30 years, from which she retired, and was a member of Most Precious Blood Catholic Church. She enjoyed traveling, crafting, cross-stitch, stamping, crocheting, and caring for her dog. She is also survived by her aunt, Trudy King of Fort Wayne; nieces, Hailey King of North Conway, N.H., and Sarah King of Avilla; nephew, Alex King of Fort Wayne; and beloved dog, FeFe. She was preceded in death by her husband, Kent Spindler; brother, Jeffery King; and sister-in-law, Pamela King. Funeral Service is 10 a.m. Monday, June 4, 2018, at Hockemeyer & Miller Funeral Home, 6131 St. Joe Rd., Fort Wayne, with calling one hour prior. Father Joseph Gaughan officiating.
