Tom was a unique character. I worked for, with and around Tom for many years. I learned a lot from him and will always remember his good humor and classic southern colloquialisms with great fondness.
Carol - Our prayers and blessings are with you and your entire family.

Carol, I send you my prayers and love, and great BIG >>.... take care of yourself, and grieve at your own pace. Put your needs first for once. Take long walks with a pet or a friend, do bubblebaths by candlelight....

This loss was such a shock to so many people. Our prayers go out to Tommy's family and friends as they try to get through this difficult time. My parents always talked about what a great man Tommy was. May he rest with God now.

Condolences to the entire Halliman family. Tom was in charge of the HVP Department while I worked at NAVL. He was fair and personable. When I retired after 35 years, he made the 50 mile trip to my retirement party. Meant the world to me.
