Daniel Wadowski Obituary
Daniel March 26, 1934 - August 16, 2017 Daniel was the beloved son of the late Caroline and Alexander Wadowski. Born in Detroit, Daniel was raised in Dearborn and was a graduate of Fordson High School and matriculated to the University of Detroit Mercy where he obtained his Doctorate of Dental Surgery. Daniel enjoyed practicing dentistry for over 50 years, first at his office in Detroit and later in Dearborn. Daniel was an active member of the Michigan Dental Association and the Detroit District Dental Society. Daniel was married to his dear wife Verna for over 50 years, raising their family in Dearborn Heights. Daniel's favorite hobby was aviation. He often piloted aircraft to the upper peninsula where he loved to vacation with family and friends. Daniel is survived by his beloved wife Verna, his loving sons, Daniel (Hayley) and David (Kim) as well as his cherished grandchildren, Natalia, Joseph, Joshua, Michael, Julia and Lara. Daniel will be deeply missed by his family and friends.Visitation Sunday August 20,2017 from 3-8 p.m. with a rosary at 6:30 p.m. at the Dearborn Chapel of Voran Funeral Home 23701 Ford Rd. (313-278-5100). Funeral Monday instate 9:30 am with a 10:00 am Mass of the Resurrection at Divine Child Catholic Church 1055 N. Silvery Lane Dearborn MI. Interment Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.

HIM AND I WOULD RACE CARS IN HIGH SCHOOL WE DID COLOR PHOTO PRINTING IN HIGH SCHOOL I HAVE A COLOR PRINT OF A HOLY HOUR AT BRIGS STADIUM 1951 THAT WE DID I COULD SEND YOU A COPY HIM AND I WERE VERY CLOSE BUT I WENT TO STOUT IN WISCONSIN AND HE WENT TO MICH. AND WE LOST TOUCH I WISH WE HAD NOT HE WAS A REAL GREAT PERSON PLEASE ACCEPT MY CONDOLENCES AL STRELBICK

Dr. Wadowski was my dentist from my childhood in the early 70's until I moved away after college in '92. He gave every impression of being more than a dentist - a kind heart and great soul. I happened to think of him today and saw his death notice - I feel a sadness but also a confidence in his spirit living on.

Our family members were patients of Dr. Wadowski for nearly his entire career, beginning at the Joy Road office. My parents continued to see him when he moved to the Dearborn office. He was a kind man and a good friend to my parents. We are sorry for your loss.
