VANESSA CHRISTINE RODRIGUEZ

Vanessa attended Madera High School where she was an amazing runner on the Cross Country and Track teams. She later completed Phagen's Beauty College in Grants Pass, Oregon. She spent some time as a homemaker, taking care of her two beloved sons Kelan and Ian, which she often described as the ones she lived for. She was a vibrant and happy person with a flair for beauty and love for her Lord and Saviour. She loved making new friends and spending her time with family. She moved to Alaska with her mother, siblings, and sons in July of 2011, falling in love with the State and also her soulmate Cecil Dickerson, to whom she was engaged. Her infectious laugh and generous heart will be deeply missed. She is survived by her sons, Kelan and Ian; her mother, Christine Rodriguez; her siblings, Larry, Fidencio, Shelby, Tina and Ramon Rodriguez; her grandparents Gloria Cenci, Tom and Linda Murray, Francisco and Teresa Rodriguez and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins; and especially her fiancé, Cecil Dickerson. A Funeral Service will be held at the Valley West Christian Center in Madera, California, on Monday, November 5, 2012, at 4:00 p.m.
