Paul Cannon Obituary
Mr. Cannon was a deacon of Salem Baptist Church. He was a veteran having served in the U.S. Army. He was preceded in death by his parents, Odest and Lillie Cannon; sister, Ruth Cannon; and brothers, Lewis and Charles Cannon.
Survivors: wife, Annie Lee Cannon, Altoona; daughters, Pamela Denney, Altoona, Linda (Max Jr.) Hilburn, Altoona; sons, Paul Eugene "Chip" (Lucinda) Cannon II, Hazel Green, Roger (Hazel) Cannon, Altoona; grandchildren, David Cannon, Amanda (Sonny) Fernandes, Cade (Charles) McIlwain, Jason Denney, Butch J. Denney, Candise Denney, Jessie Hilburn, Jeremy Hilburn; great-grandchildren, Caitlin Fernandes, Hadley McIlwain; chosen grandchildren, Tommy Cowan, Anthony Cowan, Jeff Bailey, Amy Denney; six chosen great-grandchildren; sisters, Helen Pinkston and Carolyn Neal; brother, Robert (Sally) Cannon; sisters-in-law, Betty Cannon, Trilbie McClendon, Eunice McClendon, Dorothy McClendon, Patsy (Ronald) Battles; brother-in-law, Donald (Melba) McClendon.
Pallbearers: Jeremy Hilburn, Jason Denney, Butch J. Denney, Charles McIlwain, Sonny Fernandes, David Cannon, Jason Battles and Steve McClendon.
Honorary pallbearers: Max Hilburn Sr., Jeff Hilburn, Jerry Walker and James Walker.
Visitation will be from 6 to 8 this evening at Morgan Funeral Chapel.

Aunt Annie Lee, I am so sorry for your loss of Uncle Gene I will always remember the wonderful childhood memories at grandma Cannon's house with all of your family there it was wonderful times.
