Darvin Jones Obituary
Gaffney, SC - Darvin Hardin "Hardy" Jones, 62, of 107 Thompson Street, went home to be with the Lord on Monday, August 11, 2025 at Spartanburg Regional Hospice Home.
Born in Gaffney, he was the son of the late Roger Loyd Jones and Willa Jean Hardin Jones. He loved dirt track racing with Dillon and Jacob Brown, football, was an avid Dallas Cowboys, South Carolina Gamecocks and Gaffney Indians fan, and a member of First Baptist Church in Gaffney.
Surviving is a daughter, Mary Catherine Jones of the home; his aunts, JoAnn Grubb, Peggy Hill, Harriet Edmisten and Terra Brown; his uncle, Donald "Duck" Jones.
The family will receive friends from 3:00 PM until 3:45 PM on Thursday, August 14, 2025 at Blakely Funeral Home. Funeral services will immediately follow at 4:00 PM in the Blakely Funeral Home Chapel with Mr. Ashby Blakely officiating.
The family will be at their respective homes.
