Betty will never be forgotten! Especially because I come across the fun calendar she made for many of us one year. I miss GenChat a lot. But several of us connect now through other social media. She was like the room mom. She helped us a lot. Much love to the Mock Family. Linda “CalGal” Donnelly

Dearest Earl, the "7 K's", & family - We (Betty's extended family of genealogy friends) can attest to how your entire family was Betty's whole world and how much love & support you all shared. She knew that no one & nothing was more important in life! I feel blessed, not only to have personally met her & Earl one summer in CT, but that I had the honor of knowing her the past ten years. Betty gave of herself so freely. She was a true friend to all. Her light will shine forever.. and she will not be forgotten. Keeping her & your family in thoughts & prayers. My deepest sympathies are with you all. [[HUGS]] ~ Donna

Betty was a dear sweet lady, I hate to hear this news, although, I know she has no more pain. Betty was like a family member, always there for us, ready to help anyone who ask for a genealogy lookup. She helped me a great deal. I will always remember Betty as a member of my Genealogy Family.

Dear Mock family,
I am so very sorry to hear of Betty's passing. I new one day I would go to the genchat room and find those words. I want you to know how much I appreciated all Betty did for me and how much she was loved. She helped further one of my Indiana Lines, and I tried to help her find her Rhode Island lines. God Bless you all. Much love and prayers.

I am so very sad for your loss. I found Betty to be one of the most warm and inviting people to know. Her help to all of us in her genealogy family is already legendary. And her friendship to all of us was treasured and inspiring. Our prayers for you are that God heals the pain of the loss and fills your heart with the love of the memories she created for each of you.

To the Mock family:
Betty was such an inspiration and a wonderful friend. In spite of being so ill she continued to help her friends and family as much as she could. We all loved her very much and she will be missed. I'm glad to have been one of those she went out of her way to help. Prayers are with her loved ones.
