PEARL WHEELER Obituary

WHEELER, PEARL, 79
Mother Pearl Wheeler, a 79 year old native of Williston, Florida, passed away on November 4, 2015.
Mother Pearl Wheeler was educated in the Levy County Public School Systems and she also studied at Santa Fe Community College in Gainesville, FL. She received the baptism of the Holy Ghost while attending Jones Temple C.O.G.I.C under the leadership of the late Pastor Johnnie Jones. She also served as district missionary for many years. Traveling across the world, she attended convocations, ministries and teachings. In addition, Mother Wheeler visited the sick and the shut-in, which were all a part of her MANY callings in Christ. Moreover, she was known for her signature dance of praise and being a TRUE Woman of God! Mother Wheeler later became a member of the New Life Temple Fellowship under the leadership of Bishop Mark A. Jones, where she served as overseer of the women's department. Mother Wheeler was a faithful member to the Body of Christ. Her most recent membership was with Williams Temple C.O.G.I.C under the leadership of her grandson, Pastor Kenyarda Feathers, Sr., until she was called to her eternal home.
She leaves to cherish her memories of three daughters: Sharon Riley (Gainesville), Regina Calhoun (Gainesville) and Pamela (Gary) Daniels (Monticello, FL), two sons: Kenneth (Judy) Waters (Gainesville, FL) and Anthony (Patricia) King (Gainesville, FL); 28 grandchildren and 39 great grandchildren. One sister: Lenora Oates; three special sons and two special daughters.
