Deborah Anne Moore Obituary

A Halloween baby, born in 1948, Deb passed away on March 6, 2014 at her home after an extended illness.

She is survived by her daughter, Christa Rodewald-Franz of Maryland, two wonderful grandsons, Connor and Kyle McCarthy, Ron Moore, her half-brother of Durango, and Sean Green of Colorado Springs.

Deb graduated from Wasson High School in 1966 and attended Fort Lewis College in Durango, where she was a cheerleader.

Deb worked in the El Paso County Court System for over thirty years. She was a Division Court Clerk for various judges, retiring two years ago.

She loved the mountains, loved to dance and loved her family and friends. Deb had a special ability to make lasting friends wherever she went. She will be missed by everyone who knew her.

In lieu of flowers, please give a gift to your favorite charity in Deb's name.

A party to celebrate her life will be held in the afternoon on May 31, 2014, at a location and time to be provided later. Please save the date.
