Benjamin Rudolph Groblebe
February 26, 1944 - August 8, 2016
Ben R. Gaslin passed away August 8, 2016, after an extended illness.
He was born February 26, 1944, in Jordan, Montana to Donald Gaslin and Helen Hembd Gaslin Groblebe.
He spent his childhood living and working on the family ranch north of Jordan, later moving with his mother and sister to Billings, Montana.
While still a teenager his mother Helen remarried and Ben's last name changed to Groblebe.
He served in the Navy aboard the USS America, and spent most of his life working in and around Denver.
In his later years he retired to Grand Junction, Colorado, to be closer to his family.
Ben never married and had no children, but is survived by his brother, Frank Groblebe (Connie), and many loving nieces, nephews, and cousins. He was preceded in death by his parents, and sisters, Donna and Judy.
Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. August 26, at Yellowstone National Cemetery, 55 Buffalo Trail Road, Laurel, Montana.

He was a wonderful Uncle and friend. Ben loved his family so much, and would moved mountains for them. I wish I could have thanked him more for the laughter and love he gave to my momma, Judy. Rest well in Heaven, Uncle Ben.
