Clarence Simpson Obituary

Clarence Irwin Simpson

September 25, 1936 - February 25, 2023

Clarence was born in Glasco, KS to Harold and Bertha Simpson. He is survived by his wife of 65 years, Phyllis (Beal) Simpson; 3 sons, Alan (Lori), Ron (Becky), Brian (Rondelle); Grand children, Alan Jr (AJ), Jon, Zach, Lucy, Alex, Dillon, Rani and 2 great grand daughters Emma & Lena; 3 sisters, Fern Childress, Bertha Crites, Serene Pence and was predeceased by his sister Anita Johnson.

Clarence was a devoted christian, always ready to help others any way possible. He worked with his wife & three sons at their family owned business Simpson Auto for over 40 years, always desiring to treat everyone with respect. When purchasing a vehicle, part of the negotiation might include a "homemade cherry pie" from the customer. It was surprising how many he received.
