Benjamin "Ben" Joseph Walton, 33, passed away at his home in Charlotte, N.C., on Monday, July 11, 2022.
Ben will be remembered as a source of joy and laughter for everyone that knew him. He made friends everywhere he went, and in every city where he lived all over the United States. From Greensboro to San Diego to Portland and Austin. Even in his short time of living in Charlotte, everyone wanted to get to know Ben. His loss has been felt by many across the country and his memory will live on with each person that the pleasure to call him a friend.
Ben is survived by his mother, Dawn Walton; his older brother, Jake Walton; his father, David Walton; and his grandparents, Ann and Irvin Walton.
Ben was predeceased by his grandparents, David and Gloria Martin.
A visitation will be held at 2 p.m., Thursday, July 21, 2022, at Norris Funeral Services, West End Chapel, 511 Church Ave., Danville, VA 24541.

Big prayers going up for the loss of Ben. He would make me laugh until I cried. I remember his mom teaching art class. I loved her class and I loved her. Prayers for peace for her aching Mama heart.
