John Paul and I were paired together for the first two rounds of PGA Sr. Tour Qualifying school. We got along great. He had an open door to Lake Sweetwater Golf Course, where he grew up. We played many rounds of golf together, I miss him already.

I am so sorry to hear of John's passing. Jesus wept after the death of his friend Lazarus. John 11:35. We mourn along with you. May the God who binds up the brokenhearted and comforts all who mourn sustain and surround you, until you meet again, Psalm 147:3.
