Nathan Lyons Obituary

XENIA — Nathan Irvin Lyons, age 24, of Xenia, passed away unexpectedly Saturday, September 15, 2018 as a result of an accident. He was born June 4, 1994 in Xenia, Ohio the middle son of John Paul and Thara (Butts) Lyons. In addition to his parents, Nathan is survived by his brothers: Tyler Lyons (Alyia Brown) and Johnathan Lyons (Faith Johnson); maternal grandparents: Kenneth and Pamela Butts; niece: Kennedy Lyons; his girlfriend: Kristen Reese; and several aunts, uncles and cousins, and many friends. Nathan was a hard worker, loved his trucks, and especially loved "hands on" kind of work. He was fun loving and fearless. He was just a simple country boy with a big smile. Funeral services will be held 10 AM Saturday, September 22, 2018 at the AX Church, 978 US 42 S., Xenia, with Pastor Victor Vera officiating. Visitation will be held 5-7 PM Friday at the church. Interment to follow in Woodland Cemetery, Xenia. Online condolences may be made to www.mccolaughfuneralhome.com. Services in care of McColaugh Funeral home, Inc. 826 N. Detroit Street, Xenia, Ohio.
