Winifred Brady Obituary

Winifred Brady

Born: February 4, 1926 | Died: August 5, 2025

Winifred "Winnie" Brady, age 99, passed away peacefully on August 5, 2025, just months shy of her 100th birthday.

Born on February 4, 1926, Winnie was predeceased by her devoted husband of 51 years, James Brady. Together they raised three sons, instilling in them the values of compassion, perseverance and family. She is survived by her sons Jim (Jeanne), Dan (Barb) and Charlie (Joanne) along with her many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Winnie called many places home over the years, including Malone, Canton, and Saratoga Springs, NY, as well as Newport, VT and Greenville, TN. No matter where she lived she brought warmth, grace and a deep sense of community. She found great joy in gardening, bridge and time with her family.

A private family service will be held at a later date.

In lieu of flowers please consider planting something in her memory or donating to a local senior center.

Online remembrance may be made at www.burkefuneralhome.com.
