Nicholas Conquest Obituary

Nicholas Dale Conquest, 45, of 12422 Old White Horse Road, went home to be with the Lord on Wednesday, July 13, 2005, after an extended illness.

Born in Lowell, Mass., on Nov. 30, 1959, he was a son of Earl E. Conquest and the late Gwendolyn Marie Bannister Conquest. Mr. Conquest was a retired welder and was of the Christian faith.

Surviving, in addition to his father, are his wife, Heather Court Conquest of the home; a son, David E. Conquest of the home; a daughter, Angela N. Conquest of Lakeland, Fla.; two sisters, Barbara Maciekowich of Liberty and Virginia Minisall of Six Mile; three brothers, Peter E. Conquest of Travelers Rest, Robert M. Conquest of Myrtle Beach and Andrew P. Conquest of Travelers Rest; three grandchildren, Jeremiah Johnson, Breanna Isbell and Kylie Isbell; 11 nieces; and 2 nephews.

In addition to his mother, he was predeceased by a sister, Wendy Conquest; and a brother, Paul R. Conquest.

The family held a private memorial service on Thursday evening for Nicholas.

The Howze Mortuary, Travelers Rest, is in charge of arrangements.
