Steven Sudell Obituary
Steven Michael Sudell, 14, of Greenwich, CT passed away peacefully after a valiant battle with Cancer on November 28, 2018. Steven was born in Greenwich on January 27, 2004 to Paul and Amy Brooks Sudell. Steven was well known for his warm and comforting personality who had a passion for golf and football.
In addition to his parents he is survived by his brothers Derek and Tyler, his paternal grandparents Frank and Dorothy Sudell as well as many aunts, uncles & cousins. He was proceeded in death by his maternal grandparents Robert & Patricia Brooks.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St Paul's Catholic Church on Saturday December 1, at 10 a.m. Burial will be private. Friends and family may visit on Friday November 30, 2018 from 4-8 p.m. at Castiglione Funeral Home, 544 Old Post Rd #3 Greenwich CT 06830. Dear Mr. Sudell, Mrs. Sudell, Derek and Tyler,
I just came from visiting you at Castiglione's and I wanted to say that because of Steven and the way he lived his life with such creativity and love from you, he has encouraged so many including myself to follow his example to look at the positive and live life. What an inspiration he is and will be forever. Thank you for raising your sons in the way you have raised them!

We are truly sorry for your loss. My son attended western with Steven and graduated with the the class of 2018. It was nice to see him there that day. He was a great inspiration to his peers and showed them more courage then he was aware of. Our Sympathy and prayers go out to your family.

It is with great sadness that I learned of young Steven's passing. Although it has been years since I lived in Greenwich and didn't know Steven, he was obviously a great example and inspiration to all others around him. My heart goes out to all of you in this very difficult time. May God bless the entire Sudell family. You now have a very special angel.

I am sorry for your loss I did,nt know Steve but I have seen painted stones with his name on them. along the walk at Cos Cob Park I ,too lost my brother Steven on Tuesday to cancer.May they rest in peace, With Sincere Sympathy

I never knew him personally, but do know is he was a beautiful inspiration to all those around him and in the town of greenwich. he was what bravery looks like. may he rest in peace in the arms of our Lord and savior.
