James Bartlett Obituary

Mr. James R. Bartlett, age 72, of Buford, GA passed away on Friday, March 13, 2009. He is survived by: wife of 35 years, Carol Bartlett, Buford, GA; daughters, Jeanine Bartlett, Ashtabula, OH, Darcy Bartlett Spangler, Jefferson, OH; Karen Bartlett, Bethlehem, GA; son, James Bartlett, Jr., Perry, OH; seven grandchildren. Mr. Bartlett was born July 22, 1936 in Geneva, OH. He received his education at Ashtabula Ohio High School. He was a veteran of the U. S. Air Force. He retired in 1998 from Reliance Electric in Ohio. He was a member of the Ashtabula Ohio Rod and Gun Club and Cherokee Road and Gun Club in Gainesville, GA. He enjoyed camping and trap shooting. Funeral services will be held on Sunday, March 15, 2009 at 3:30 p.m. in the Chapel of Flanigan Funeral Home. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Sunday afternoon from 2:30 p.m. until 3:30 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Carol Bartlett, 4920 Holly Lane, Buford, GA 30518 in memory of James R.
