I will always remembering him coming to our home determined to teach me Algebra. He explained it ten times- so patient with me but I just wasn't getting it! After about four hours- he decided I might ought to think about Home Economics.... lol. He tried! Another memory was his chalkboard at Grandma's house- I erased all those numbers and drawings so I could play school with my cousins! Why on Earth he was upset with us- for erasing his "engine sketches he was inventing"... I will NEVER KNOW! Love you Russ!

To the many nieces and nephews, Wilbur and I had some fond memories of Russell. Long ago, we would see him at the Hickory Hut for lunch and we enjoyed his stories of his time in the US Air Force. I am saddened to hear of his passing and I extend my heartfelt sympathy to you. Marna Evans
