News Death Notice
MORGAN, Wayne N. of Zellwood formerly of Hamilton, Ohio passed away Monday, March 21, 2011. Wayne graduated from Mississippi State University and was a member of ATO Fraternity. Wayne owned the local restaurant The Hickory Hut for 18 years in Hamilton, Ohio. He was a member of the Zellwood Red Caps and also a devoted member of the United Methodist Church and served in the 488th U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. He is survived by his loving wife of 62 years: Lynn Atkinson Morgan of Apopka, Florida; Three daughters: D'Anne Logue (Doc) of Orlando, Marcy Morgan of Palm Coast, Florida and Lori McClain (Dave) of Lincoln University, PA; Grandchildren: Patrick and Meghan Logue, Phil, Morgan and Amanda Milders, Sophie, Rachel and Dallas McClain. Funeral Services will be held Thursday, March 24, 2011 at 11:00 AM at Baldwin Fairchild Funeral Home Apopka Chapel, Apopka, Florida. Interment to follow at Florida National Cemetery, Bushnell, Florida.

My prayers are with your family at this time. I was an employee of Mr. Morgan at The Hickory Hut for two years. I enjoyed working there. He was a great man and boss.

To the Morgan Family,
We are so sorry for your loss. I have to say some of the best working days I have ever spent were at Hickory Hut. The friendship of coworkers and customers have helped me over the years to many times to count, I also remember the pinics at your home, and all the Christmas parties for our families. Lynn do you still like the whole catfish on Firday's ? We will keep all of you in our thoughts and prayers today and always.
