Clint TOEDTEMEIER Obituary





TOEDTEMEIER, Clint J.

On May 3, 2012, Clint lost his hard fought battle with leukemia. He was the son of Jerry Toedtemeier and Jean Van Brunt. Clint was predeceased by his son Clint and brother Ronnie. He is survived by sons Kevin of Daytona, FL, Rojer and wife Mandy; grandaughters Emilyee and Alyssa of Clinton. He is also survived by his beloved sister Linda Berg of Tampa, FL; and many nieces and nephews. Clint leaves many dear friends including his loving companion Paulette Cote. He was a Vietnam Veteran, and proudly displayed his flags till his death. Clint was as at home on the seat of a motorcycle as anywhere else. His kindness will be missed by many.
A memorial service in his honor will be held May 30 at 6 p.m. at the VFW Post 10153 at 315 Essex Rd., Old Saybrook. Burial will be at the Veterans Cemetery, 317 Bow Lane, Middletown, June 2 at 10 a.m. In lieu of flowers, donations in Clint's memory may be made to the VFW Post 10153 Relief Fund, 315 Essex Rd. Old Saybrook, CT 06475.

I will always cherish your memory as the kindness man I have ever known. I will miss you always and think of you even more. Thank you for the time we spent together. I will look for one of the brightest stars and know it is you.
