I think of the wonderful man often. He was one of the happiest and cutest men ever. Honored to have known Dave! He and Bev were so cute with each other.

I am so sorry to hear of your Dad's passing. And so sorry that I did not know to attend his memorial service.
David (and Beth) were such good friends of my parents for years. David would stop by for a visit and always brought jokes, stories and great times. I wish I could remember how they all met. My thoughts are with you all!

I met 'Uncle Dave' through an association I had with his Sister Virginia and her husband Roland. For over 40 years, whenever visiting Virginia / Roland and family, I would typically have the opportunity to talk to 'Uncle Dave' on the phone. I enjoyed his wit, stories, and genuine caring.
There is a Native American story about a child asking his grandfather how long the man will live. The elder responded, I will live as long as someone tells stories about me. Tell stories of 'Uncle Dave!'
My deepest condolences to 'Uncle Dave's' family.
Peace & prayers,

To the Ingraham family: Reflecting on your best times will be your goal for pushing through this tough time. To have someone 90 years in your life is a gift in itself. His family is a perfect reflection of who he is and what he accomplished. Our condolences to everyone. My dad says God gives us a special amnesia that will allow the good memories to carry on & dull the pain during this time. Carl Slicer & family.

To the entire Ingraham Family,
My deepest & heartfelt sympathy at the passing of your father & grandfather.
"Uncle" Dave was like a father to me growing up. He was my dad's best friend from their school years in East Hartford until my dad's passing. He was "larger than life" & my whole family adored him! I have many fond memories of times on Skinner Road with he & Beverly & the family. "Whitey" was so good to my grandfather Prasser over the years, he was like my grandfather's 3rd son. And up until recently, he regularly called my mother.
He was absolutely the most generous human being I've ever known in my entire life. Can't even count how many pies he delivered to us over the years! He was so proud of his children & grandchildren & kept us up-to-date on accomplishments. Would love to read those short stories he wrote!
I loved him VERY, VERY much.

I sorely miss David and his daily visits to my reception desk. He always had smile, a funny story and an offer of candy. David loved to sweeten up his life and those around by offering us candy all the time. lol :-) Miss you David... and I'll miss seeing your lovely & talented family who all had your great sense of humor.
