Marilyn Goldberg Obituary

Marilyn Goldberg, 93, of West Hartford, beloved widow of Louis H. Goldberg died Friday December 23. She was the daughter of the late Samuel Nassau and Anna Rome Nassau. Marilyn was an accomplished duplicate bridge player achieving the status of Diamond Life Master. While she enjoyed her bridge success, the center of her life was always her family. Besides her husband of 73 years, she was predeceased by her sister Sylvia Goldenberg, daughter Merle, son Stewart and great granddaughter Madison. She is survived by son David (Suzanne), daughter Sharon (Pinchas), grandchildren Marcia, Sandra (Wagner), Rebecca (Jonathan), Lisa, Miriam and Jonathan (Meredith). She also leaves three beautiful great grandchildren, Gal, Benjamin and Nathan. Her love and wisdom will be sorely missed. A private graveside service was held Monday December 26. Memorial contributions may be made to Beth El Temple, 2626 Albany Avenue, West Hartford, CT 06117.
