We have lost a good friend, father, husband, brother, grandfather and one of Connecticut's finest real property appraisers.! Bob was respected and trusted by the many judges he educated about the nuances of real property. He did his homework. He was never hesitant about advocating a novel theory involving his assignments. Always courteous and pleasant to deal with. He was a wonderful ambassador for the JF Mulready Company. Joe must proud and happy to share his company again.
