Our family is saddened by the loss of Doc. He and your entire family were such a part of our family and of our childhood. When it is said that "it takes a village to raise a child", Doc was a big part of that village. His kindness and unselfessness was a gift he passed on to many, including his children. Our hearts are sad.

Our most sincere condolences to Dr. Fonfara's family. Mike McCulley is out of the country and is as yet unaware of this sad turn of events. I will let him know as soon as possible. I'm sure you will hear from him personally as well.
