William Mitchell Obituary
2024. William was born February 21, 1955, in Boston MA, son of the late Thomas Richard
Mitchell, Jr. and Patricia Mitchell. William was the former owner and operator of Supplier
Quality Surveillance, LLC, Moodus, CT.
William leaves to cherish his memory his brothers Michael Mitchell and Matthew Mitchell and his
wife Theresa, his sisters, Patricia Brown and her husband Bartley and Mary Millstein and her
husband Craig; his step-son, Craig Chin Sang, and a host of nieces, nephews, great nieces,
great nephews, and other close relatives and friends.
William's family will receive family and friends on Monday, January 22, 2024, from 5pm-8pm, at
the Carmon Windsor Funeral Home, 807 Bloomfield Ave., Windsor. A graveside service will take
place in Mount Saint Benedict Cemetery, Bloomfield, on Tuesday, January 23, 2024, at 11am.

I babysat the Mitchell kids on Cornwall St in the mid 1960´s. Billy was a feisty little kid back then but so very cute. I remember all the kids as well as mom, Pat, whom I very much admired.
Although I´ve not seen the Mitchell family in many years, you all remain in my thoughts. I´m so very sorry for your loss of Billy.
