My condolences to Joy, Mark, Gay, Mike, Bambi and their families. "Uncle Phil" was one of my father´s best friends and our families spent many times together just enjoying good times. As I think of Phil, I see his big smile and his sparkling eyes. He loved playing pranks and teasing us kids. He was also involved in the activities of the Rives Baptist Church, where both of our families attended. My sisters and I thought Phil was nearly as great as our dad, and that´s the highest praise we could give. God has Phil in heaven now and that´s right where we all have the hope of meeting him again. Much love to the family,
