Words cannot described how I am feeling about the passing of my beloved uncle. He was my babysitter when I was very young. He was a senior at Oklahoma State University and took me, a 6th grader to my first Oklahoma State football game. Not many college would take his young niece to a big game. He was always there for me when I was driving back to Dodge City and crashed my car, and he took me to the doctor when I fell on the ice. He was there for my son's college graduation and helped my son and his wife move across town. He was there when my son had a medical problem and helped my son know what to do. Family was very important to him and he was always there for extended family as well as for immediate family. He will not be forgotten.
