John Privette Obituary

John D. "Pops" Privette, 67, of Chipley, Florida passed away May 31, 2025.

Pops was born February 25, 1958 in Atlanta, Georgia.

He was metal worker earlier in life. He made mistakes that he paid for, for a length of time. Later in life, he became a devoted friend, animal keeper, and farmer.

He is preceded in death by his parents Martha and Horace Privette.

He is survived by his devoted dog, Denali, sons, Michael Younginer and his wife, Holly, and Zach Privette, grandchildren, Megan, Major, Molly, and MaCoy Younginer, Ashley Kriebel, Hunter Privette, Chris Daniel and Dylan Middleton.

A celebration of Pop's life will be held Sunday, June 15, 2025 at Horace A. Ward- Fairview Chapel

376 Fairview Road, Stockbridge, GA 30281.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to royalanimalrefuge.org
