BETTY JOE BIAS, 71, of Huntington, WV died Thursday August 21, 2025 at Cabell Healthcare Center, Culloden, WV.
Funeral service will be conducted 1 p.m., Saturday, August 23, 2025 at Chapman's Mortuary Huntington with Pastor Fred Ramey officiating. Burial will be in Woodmere Memorial Park.
Betty was born September 17, 1953 in Huntington, WV a daughter of the late William and Ida Smith Bailey. She was also preceded in death by one brother, William "Bill" Bailey, Jr. Survivors include her husband Garry "Red" Bias, one daughter, Teresa (Everett) Chapman of Milton, two sons, Garry Bias II and Danny Bias both of Huntington, three grandchildren, Asia, Kaitlynn and Kinsley Evans, two sisters, Jane Tomblin of Norcross, GA and Jeannie Lewis of Glenwood, WV.
Visitation will be from Noon until 1 p.m., Saturday, August 23, 2025 at Chapman's Mortuary.
