I worked with Marcie from 1971-1975 in the Radiology Department at Huntington Hospiral. She was very efficient at her work by more importantly, she was a kind and good person. She welcomed me into her home very graciously.

Marcie worked at Huntington Hospital from the middle 60s-middle 70s as the transcriptions in the Radiology Dept. That is where I met her in `69 when I took a position the the radiology department. She and Chuck immediately took us my husband at the time under their wings and welcomed us into their family. She guided us w/her caring wisdom and fussed at us when we messed up;always w/unconditional love. She was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church until she and Chuck moved Louisville after Chuck retired in the late 80s. She went to St Joseph high School until her Sr year when her father´s job took them to Arkansas. He passed away suddenly;then she and her mother returned to Huntington near the end of her of her senior year, so she is on the rolls as a St. Joseph HS graduate. She met Chuck at St. Joseph HS;they married and raised their 3 children together w/God´s guidance in a home filled with/love, hard work and fun in the West end until, they moved to Foster Road in Huntington. She also worked at Dr. Tweel´s office in the late 70s-to middle 80s. Marcie loved unconditionally, which also extended to her fur babies. I took her to Danville KY in December 2023 when she purchased her last puppy. She named him Frosty. He was her constant companion and her reason to continue to enjoy life these last 2 years. Anyone who was blessed to know her, knows she deserves the peace that came to her when she reached her eternal home. I will miss her chuckling laugh everyday that I am privileged to honor and remember her.

I worked with Marcie at my very first job at Dr Tweel´s office in Huntington -1977. She was very kind to me, a young, immature girl that was just starting in the workforce. My condolences to the family.
