ROBERT "MATT" LOWE, 37, of Parkersburg, passed away August 24, 2025 at his residence after a 16-month courageous battle with cancer. He was born February 22, 1988 in Parkersburg, a son of Cindy Lowe of Elizabeth, WV and the late Robert Lowe.
Matt was a car salesman at Advantage Toyota for 9 years. He enjoyed hiking, camping, reading, going to concerts, and spending time with Wendy, Ranger, and friends.
In addition to his mother, he leaves behind his wife, Wendy Lowe; sister, Kristina Lowe (James McChesney); his uncle, Richard Lowe; many special friends; and his beloved dog, Ranger.
Along with his father, he is preceded in death by his grandparents, Bob and Gayle Lowe.
Funeral services will be 1 p.m., Thursday, August 28, 2025 at Lambert Tatman Funeral Home, Pike St., South Parkersburg with Michael Pursley officiating. Visitation will be open at 11 a.m., until the time of service at the funeral home. A private burial will be held at K of P Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, please send memorial contributions to the Huntington-Cabell Wayne Animal Shelter, 1901 James River Rd. Huntington, WV 25701.
