Dr. Christopher John Woodrow, 58 of Forsyth, IL passed away on March 13, 2025, in Jacksonville, FL.
Chris was born September 1, 1966 in Council Bluffs, IA, the son of Gordon Woodrow and Ann (Woodrow) Thrane.
Chris graduated from Glenwood High School in Glenwood, IA in 1984, then went on to earn his Doctor of Chiropractic degree in 1989 from Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, IA. It was there that he met and began dating Sheila Stone. They were united in marriage on May 26, 1990, in Glenwood, IA.
Chris opened the Mt. Zion Chiropractic Center in Mt. Zion, IL in February 1990 and remained there until his retirement in October 2024.
Visitation and Service will be held at Passion Community Church, Camp Warren Ln Decatur, IL with the visitation on Monday, April 7th, from 3 to 7 p.m., and memorial service on Tuesday, April 8th, at 10 a.m.

I am so sorry for your loss! Chris was a wonderful Dr. and friend. He would
actually, listen to you and know how to RELIEVE my pain! He was also very interesting to listen to about your travels. Ever since your retirement, you are both missed.

My prayers go up for Dr. Woodrow's family, friends and staff. This was a big shock! May the Lord pour His peace,comfort, strength and love upon you all.
He got my sister Kim Shealey and I both through some really painful times. You both did! GOD BLESS YOU!

I'm shocked and deeply saddened to hear of Dr. Woodrow's passing. He helped me with the pain from a car accident but was also a shoulder when my dearest friend passed away. He was truly a compassionate and caring man. He will be greatly missed. My thoughts and prayers go out to his family and friends.

Dr Chris took care of me for years, following 2 year end collisions . We'd always talk about our Caribbean vacations . I'm so very sorry to hear of his passing . Sympathies to Sheila and his son .
