Elizabeth Ann Juerling was an active member of Soroptimist International of Coral Gables Club and the Southern Region of the Federation of the Americas. Elizabeth was Club President when I was Governor of the Region and we had occasion to work together. She was a joy to know and she will be missed by her Soroptimist Sisters around the world. God Bless her and her family.

Liz was so kind to me and my family. I will always remember Easter at the Keys with little Carley and Morgan. She made us feel welcome and loved. Peace be with you all.

I am proud to have been her student! What a fabulous lady. She gave me my first experience teaching too. As a teacher and her student, her inspiration lives on...

I was proud to call Liz my friend; she was a singular woman possessing
an uncany grasp of life and its trials and joys. She manifested that joy and compassion with grace and wit and courageously faced her trials with spiritual confidence. I will miss her very much. When thinking of her, I will always smile and say "thank you" . Carol Swanfelt, Sammamish, WA.

One of my best friends..... we could talk and share forever and ever. We had many exciting and wonderful experiences... the German-American Club, the Night School at Sunset, the movies and hairdressers where one or the other of us would fall asleep. Liz you will be in my heart forever. Peace be with you

May the sorrow you feel in your heart lighten by the love that surrounds you. Your mother was a wonderful woman that touched the lives of so many. My condolences for your loss.

Your mother was my favorite teacher. She taught me a very tough lesson in self control in the 4th grade, embarassing at the time, but something that has stayed with me my entire life. She rewarded us for our accomplishments with an end of the year pool party at her home that year. All very special memories. She was an exceptional person and I will never forget the impact she had on my life. I am so very sorry for your loss.

I will remember Ms. Juerling (yes I called her that due to the respect she deserved) by her BIG beautiful smile and great sense of style. She was always happy and supportive of Deanna and I's many escapades. She was so proud of her daughters and grandchildren...we never had a converstion that she did not mention them all.
Ms. Juerling will be greatly missed by all those honored enough to have known her.
My families thoughts and prayers are with you at this most difficult time.
With Love,
Kathleen

To us you were known as Mrs. Gross. You were my favorite teacher at Kendale. I was lucky enough to have you for two years, 1st grade and 2nd grade. You also gave me and my family a special gift of your two daughters friendships along with their children being friends with my children. You will be greatly missed by all. May you rest in peace and teach all of those up there some of the amusing songs you taught me in elementary school.
