Every year I remember this sad day but at the same time I feel he is in a good place and no pain. He was a good gentle soul. My friend and neighbor Steve. I will always miss him.

Dear Sylvia and Family;
I was deeply saddened to hear of Stephen's passing. I remember him as little "Dukie", and also as a grown man at mom's 80th birthday party. His courage and bravery you spoke of during his illness is a testament to his being. May God comfort you and your family at this time.
Lovingly,
Mitzi

I hear someone say that "your next door neighbor is likeyour closest family member." I say that's true. Besides being a great neighbor, Steve was our friend. He will be missed very much.
