Zilla Mae Clark

CLARK, Zilla Mae, age 91 of Huntland, Tenn., passed away on Wednesday, Aug. 26, 2015, at her residence. A native of Franklin County, Tenn., she was born on April 6, 1924, to the late Jesse and Oza Belle (Gifford) Brewer. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Monroe Clark and siblings, Austin Brewer, Ralston (Lona) Brewer, Kathleen (Bill) Bishop and Bertha (Tommy) Stevens. She is survived by her son, Wayne (Betty) Clark of Huntland; sister-in-law, Nina Brewer of Huntland; grandchildren, Troy (Stacy) Clark and Terri (Steve) Hill; great-grandchildren, Tiffany Hill, Jessee Clark, and Mason Clark; and several nieces and nephews. Visitation with the family will be held on Friday, Aug. 28, 2015, from 5-8 p.m. at Moore-Cortner Funeral Home in Winchester. Funeral services will be conducted on Saturday, Aug. 29, 2015, at 2 p.m. in the Moore-Cortner Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. John Gifford and Bro. David McGee officiating. Interment will follow in the Maxwell Cemetery. Serving as pallbearers will be, Joe Gifford, Larry Moorehead, Troy Clark, Mason Clark, Steve Hill and Randall Brewer.
