Chaplain Henri Fischer

I knew Aaron as a chaplain at MCC-TRU. He was a warm, likeable man who made others feel good to be around. Knowing inmates like him made my job happier. I pray that Aaron is safe with Jesus in heaven, and will be at heaven's gate to greet those crossing over into eternal life who have trusted Christ for their salvation.
Aaron had a voice like an angel. Now he can worship with them before God's throne!

I just found out today, from another close friend. I spent several years with Aaron at TRU, he was a great person, a person who had a smile for everyone he came in contact with. He played in the church band, had an amazing voice. I saw him last when I was in work release in Seattle and he was carrying his guitar, it was a shocking surprise for the both of us to just run into eachother after so many years on the inside. We had a lot of laughs and a lot of memories we shared, but we both were so grateful to home. He gave me his card as he was explaining to me his new life out here. He was proud of his job and shared his love for music and wanted me to come and see him play. Unfortunately, I was never able to catch back up with him. So, I´ll hold on to those memories my friend, and thank you for sharing your smile with us all. Miss you friend. Malik
